We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Exe Squared, our lean team of just 14 based in Devon, has been shortlisted for TWO prestigious awards at the Computing Digital Technology Leaders Awards 2024!
That’s right, our small team with a big heart (and even bigger brains!) are going toe-to-toe with industry giants. We’re incredibly proud of this achievement, especially considering our diverse crew:
- 3 Exeter University graduates bringing fresh ideas and cutting-edge knowledge.
- 2 inspiring career changers who took the leap into IT through programs with IT Career Switch, proving it’s never too late to learn.
- 6 talented apprentices, who have honed their skills through programs from Baltic and Estio, including two who have now already flown the coop and landed jobs with other companies (we’re so proud!).
This shortlist is a testament to the incredible dedication of our entire team, regardless of background or experience. We punch above our weight by fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, allowing everyone to contribute their unique skills.

Founded in 2010 by Henry Massey, and now co-directed by both Henry and Martin Allen, Exe Squared boasts decades of combined IT industry experience at the helm. Their leadership, coupled with the diverse talents of the team, has propelled us to achieve incredible things.
