Welcoming Chris to our team!
Chris recently completed a Coding Traineeship through IT Career Switch, and successfully applied to work for Exe Squared.
After many years working in sales, I decided that I wanted to pursue my dream of becoming a software developer. I've long wanted to do it but doubted managing it with full-time work. I spent quite some time looking around at various courses and even completed a few short courses. When I came across the course from IT Career Switch I quickly realised it was the perfect fit. It allowed me to continue working while having a very well-structured course to follow in the evening. Within about 6 weeks of completing the course, I was able to land my first job as a software developer. As a PHP developer working with CRM and IOT projects, the learning curve has been steep. It has been great to use the skills I developed through completing the course and don’t think I will ever look back.
Chris is a welcome addition to our team, slotting in well right from the start. We continuously mentor our new developers, offering a comprehensive industry experience. We look forward to Chris enjoying this journey with us.
